Born in Binh Dinh, Vietnam, Lys Bui is based now in New York. Holding her MFA in Illustration at the School of Visual Arts in New York City and a BA in Graphic Design from Limkokwing University in Malaysia, she has developed a wide range of creative work over the last several years that spans and unites the experimental with the commercial. She is currently also working at Kaikai Kiki Co. – the production house of artist Takashi Murakami.
