Phạm Ngọc Dương said: ‘I felt disgusted and estranged when I saw their society. I must look at them very carefully to observe their bodies and movements. They exist, live and enjoy to do the job that no kinds of animal can bear. They clean up the waste, and live with that waste. When inhabiting along with that grossness, they are the workers who make everything cleansed. I want to make them bigger, to make them stand beside us, and to make us experience them in a different way. They will eat the same food as we ear, breathe the same air as we breathe. They will be part of our society.’
